IRS Requirements for Claiming Children

If qualifying for
Earned Income Credit, Child Tax Credit,
Other Dependent Credit or Head Of Household.

      Please provide the following documents:

           Dependents birth certificates

         Dependents Social Security Cards

           Proof of residence
        Document with dependent’s name and your address.

           Example: school record, medical record, school ID, etc
